At first I had several popcorn makers and I bought them, this is not my first, this is by far the worst of them. Popcorn machine looks good. And if it works, you get really good popcorn, tasty and healthy. What matters is when it works. The popcorn maker has a major flaw that causes the popcorn to float and get caught on the agitator in the roof, causing the popcorn to burn in place rather than being discarded. Now to the company. . First the guarantee, contrary to what is advertised here. It's not 5 years it's 90 days but good luck contacting the company as there is no way to contact them. The phone number is disabled, their website leads to a general customer service website. Seriously try to find them on Facebook, they have links for it, but go to Facebook, there isn't a big Nordic popcorn company. Be aware that this company is a scam.
