They got to me in less than 48 hours of ordering. He took her down to the basement, pulled out the original filter and compared her to the one standing next to him. They appear to be absolutely identical. The box they came in and the filters were also in perfect condition. I installed one immediately and it fits perfectly. I will post a sequel with my opinion on the performance. They SHOULD last a year (according to my heating and cooling company), but because we have pets, life on the farm, and a child with asthma and allergies, we change them every six months. If you buy them, you know they don't come cheap. If I buy them from my HVAC company they charge $140 EACH. I get two for the price of one. This is not a problem. If this first one works as it's supposed to, I'll be buying a second set (or two) in a heartbeat so I always have a supply on hand.
