This is an updated 2nd review of this product. I originally gave 5 stars. I really liked this bag when I first got it. I liked the look and the grip glided well. The only thing I didn't like was that the wheels are very noisy. The problem is that after 6 months of use 4 days a week the handle broke. It was still usable, it just didn't slide out all the way. I kept using it for two months and got too frustrated because I had to keep my hand well out of the way so the bag didn't hit my heel while walking. I stopped using it and went back to my computer bag on wheels. When I came back I found that there is much less space in the bag than in the backpack. I always think I forgot something because there is so much extra space. Nowadays I am much happier with quieter wheels, a long handle and a roomy trunk than with noisy wheels, a short handle and less capacity.
