What a mess! Not what I expected at all

I've waited for this to arrive! And it's a Mess! All Wrinkled the bow is flat shoved in a plastic bag! Oh but sent in a Hugh box! I'm going to have to try and iron out the wrinkles and I don't know if the ribbon is going tomelt! Plus try to fluff the bow.If I knew how to fluff a bow I would have made my own!
