Not for use in the hot and humid Florida conditions.

The first thing I noticed was that the instructions are so small that you almost need a magnifying glass. It took some time to figure out how to turn it on. Tried to use it on the golf course after charging. The device makes more noise than it moves air. I hardly felt any air or cooling through the metal band. If you are indoors, maybe it will be noticeable.

Pros

MULTIPLE USES: The portable neck fan is ideal for personal cooling, indoor use like office, kitchen, lunch break, outdoor like public transport, queuing, traveling and climbing.
