The best thing about this tool was its ability to integrate with other tools like Hubspot or Mailchimp which helped us save time in managing multiple campaigns at once as well as having better visibility of our clients' data across different platforms. This also saved me from manually entering my client's contact information over and again when sending out emails to them via mail chimp so I had no issues there either! Nothing really but honestly it didn't seem that useful for what we were looking for (tracking leads). Try using some free trial before you go ahead and purchase anything because sometimes these things can be costly if not used properly. We are solving problems related to emailing contacts/clients through various channels by tracking their activity and providing insights on how they engage with our services.
