Excellent service and great value if you want professional results quick
The best thing about this software is it's price! It was so cheap I didn't even think twice before purchasing (I had been using another product for years).
In just over 2 weeks my business went from 20+ clients/week down into single digit numbers - all because of poor pricing by competitors who are now unable to compete with us due in part to their lacklustre customer support services as well!! We've since managed to get back up but we're still losing money each week despite having no downtime whatsoever during implementation or training period which has allowed me time away form work without any cost implications at either end.
Pros
- It's cheap, it's easy to use, it works well, the support services are excellent
Cons
- It's not the most feature rich software, the lack of updates, the lack of integration with other software, the lack of customer support services
