In the past, I bought the stainless steel mesh band for my FitBits, but found that they get caught on sweater material (anything with a porous weave) and pull my clothing. However, I liked the easy magnetic closing of the mesh bands. As an alternative, I tried this band and really like it. It was very easy to remove the necessary links (5 for me) to make the band sit flush against my wrist. The tools included even came with an extra pin. The clasp closer latches easily and is also easy to undo. My only reservation is that the colored band (I chose sangria) can get chipped if you're not careful when removing links w/ tool or accidentally drop it. I have a few very minor areas along the edges where the sangria paint has chipped off, but it's not too noticeable.
