At first I was unhappy with my order which came with a dark stain on the strap. But when I contacted Beltaway and offered to send them a photo and/or send the belt back, they quickly replied that they would send a new one. I don't have to worry about taking a picture or returning the first belt. They were so nice and helpful that after purchasing this belt all I can say is that the product and customer service deserve five (or more) stars. Let me add that when I received the replacement strap it arrived with a friendly note and an extra Beltaway. Good product! Great administration!
