i don't love it the best of hand showers

back and forth about. I definitely don't LOVE it. In any case, having at least a wrench and a second person handy would be a good idea, but not necessary. It's HARD, I'm still a bit cautious as I feel like it could rush in at any moment and hit me in the head. Joint that holds the head in place. So far, so good. I would definitely not buy this again. The water flow is just ok. The hand thing is ok. I used the teflon tape that comes with the kit, it took a lot to do a few "layers". I took my time, was very careful and absolutely meticulous, and yet there is only a tiny leak where the neck meets the ledge. I just can't tighten it anymore and definitely need a wrench to tighten it as tight as it is. I did a few decent scratches on this part to get it tight enough, but who looks for scratches on this part anyway, right? If I had to make it again I would definitely buy something else. There was a Delta model that popped up today when I opened the product page to post this review. If I had seen it then I would have bought it for only about $35 more than this one. But I'll go with it. Also, I don't even know if I can take it apart myself, at this point it's so tight! I'll come back and update if this hits my head. Assuming I'm not in a coma!
