It's simple to use, it has great GUI (very easy to understand). You can easily monitor all your pools from one place, you dont need to switch between tabs in order to get an overview about each pool, and so on. It doesn't have any downsides that I know of. If anything - just try it out! As far as I'm concerned there are no drawbacks at this point. The biggest problem with this software used to be its unavailability when being offline or having some kind of network problems. Nowadays however such issues are not that common anymore since most people now run their rigs 24/7. So if you're looking for something which will help you keep track of everything regarding cryptocurrencies - then definitely give it a try.
