My car (Chev Malibu 2016) has an outlet in the back seat (see photo). More and more cars have these and USB ports. The outlet turns on and off with the ignition, so I don't have to constantly turn the fan on and off manually. It cools my dog down pretty quickly in the Florida heat. When the air conditioner is on, the fan directs cool air to where it's needed. Towards the dog. My dog gets a lot of choking in a hot car and loves the air conditioning and fan. The outlet is limited to 150 watts and this fan isn't listed in watts, but the fuse hasn't blown yet; even at high speed. It turned out to move a bit more air than the old USB rechargeable fan I was using. So far, so good. It's very easy to add a clip or stand. A screw will do. Two thumbs up. Note: Several reviewers said the screw was too short. no You need to mount the nut in the recess on the other side. You tried to screw in the screw from the wrong side. See photo.
