I love stowing little things in my pannier. This will work really well to keep things from jumping around. The only thing to think about is the flatness of the area you are attaching it to. In my case it was pretty flat where I ended up gluing it, but if not I might have had to build up some of the 3m of VHB tape to make up for the difference in finish. I prefer this rigid frame to an all fabric and bungee frame because gluing items in doesn't have to constantly struggle with tape or velcro which can cause the glue to fail.
