Update - I paid an extra $15 after changing the battery in my new watch. died less than a week after receipt. STILL not working properly. It stops, restarts, then stops etc. I've contacted the company via email and still haven't heard how they will fix it. I will think twice before ordering another watch from Revain. Just received the watch and the battery needs to be changed. I have bought many watches over the years and have never had to change the battery after receiving them, especially the Timex. I could tell it was low when I received it as the light was barely on compared to others I've had. I set the clock and the next day it was an HOUR behind. Reinstalled and left over the weekend. Came back and it was FIVE hours behind. So not only did I have to pay for a brand new watch, but now I also have to go to a workshop and buy a battery. Very disappointed.
