Review on PAWISE by Telly Roden

I was hoping PAWISE would live up to my expectations as a pet industry social media influencer, but I was ultimately disappointed by their web shop. Although their product range is extensive, our entire experience was unimpressive. Their website is disorganized and frustrating to use; I couldn't find what I was looking for because of the bad filtering options and categorization. The descriptions of the products were vague and raised more concerns than they answered. My purchase also took much longer to arrive than I was told it would because of the inefficient shipping and delivery process. My interactions with customer support were met with unhelpful agents who didn't seem to care about my problems. In addition, I had to send back some of the items I ordered because of quality issues. The hassle of the return procedure added to my overall dissatisfaction. In conclusion, PAWISE could be an excellent provider of cat supplies if they improved their website, product descriptions, customer service, and overall quality. Until they fix their major issues, I can't endorse them as a social media advocate.
