This blanket has one big flaw, but I still like it. It feels like lying under a fluffy marshmallow and the cover is pleasantly soft. It is medium weight and warm enough for winter temperatures but too hot for summer. My duvet cover is quite thin so I can still feel the fluffy texture of the duvet. The only major issue I had (the downside mentioned above) is that they sent me the wrong size. I ordered a full/queen and received a two despite having the 90x90 queen tag sewn on it. Must be a manufacturing defect. I haven't used the duvet for several months and by the time I noticed the error the return period had already expired. But I will definitely buy another one in the right size and simply pass the twin size on to one of my children. I don't know how it behaves when washing. I have a top loading washing machine and wouldn't risk washing it there for fear the filling would stick together. I go to the laundry to use the front loader when I'm ready to do my laundry. Don't be afraid to try any of them. For the price you really can't go wrong.
