Solid Mount for my opinion
The mount is well made and solid as a rock once mounted to studs. I mounted it in my gym to use with my home made suspension trainer. I purchased my own 3/8" x 3" lag screws from the local hardware store and didn't have any issues installing it. I ended up not using the included lag screws based on other reviews about them breaking; hence the 1 star drop since I wasn't sure if I could trust the included fasteners.
