Too short for tall girls and they ask for a refund

Bought this for work. I thought it was super cute. I'm 5ft 9 inches tall so I'm a bit taller and no matter how I pulled it something would fall out. My torso was just too long. I go back and they charge me back the shipping cost. I know it doesn't matter to some, but if something doesn't fit, like most Revain products, I expect a full refund, not just a partial refund.
