This is one of those tools that has improved our kitchen especially now. Now we can easily grate cheeses like Pecorino or Parm Reggiano into simple meat and vegetable dishes. With the prices for higher quality meats being so high these days, this tool can be used to fill gaps in higher quality spices and cheeses. The cheese grater is quickly cleaned with hot water. We have not yet tested citrus fruits with it. Highly recommended. Can receive multiple sets as a gift.
