I’ve recently gained weight and know I generally like pants that are flared at the bottom. They seem to balance out my large hips. Unfortunately, this didn’t really work with these pants (on my body) because they cling tightly to my legs from thighs to knees. Other flared yoga-type pants fit more loosely on my thighs. To be fair, that detail was pretty clear from the vendors photographs. Here’s the real kicker (insert smiley face) for the first time in my life, I decided I don’t really care how they look. They are so comfortable that I’m going to wear them around the house and with short dresses because they are seriously that comfortable. If I’m able to lose about 25 pounds, then they will probably look OK. I have never in my life purchased a pair of pants that were not flattering because they were so comfortable (FREEDOM — sing it Aretha).ebay recommended size large. With the weight gain, I would’ve thought the extra large would be best. I was grateful for the suggestion! I think I weigh about 165 and I am about 5’ 8” and they fit very well. If they were any longer, they would definitely drag on the ground. Am happy to be keeping them.
