I ordered 4 packs of 2 filters each. Today four giant boxes were delivered to the entrance. Each box contains 5 packs of 2 filters each. Only one box was needed. Why weren't all the filters just put in one box? These things are light - only large in two dimensions - 20 x 30 inches - but only 2 inches thick when packed. When I ordered the site said they would be shipped as is and the contents would be visible. This means that the thin plastic packaging supplied is completely unsuitable for shipping. So I ticked the box to ship in Revain packaging, thinking that one box equaled eight filters. Silly me. Shipping only one pack of two filters in each box is a waste. I hope it was expensive too. The whole box went straight into the wastebasket. Kraft paper padding is landfilled. At least the filters arrived safely. All that wasted cardboard went for something.
