This scale is accurate and the mobile app is complete and easy to use. I've tried three scales in the past few weeks. I had to return two others (one was inaccurate and one had a bad mobile app). It is very good. :-) UPDATE: I bought two scales and after 3 months one seemed a little wobbly with the weight display. Used the chat on the seller's website and within 10 minutes they diagnosed the problem and got me a new scale - GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
