The lighting is good. The glue doesn't work well. They're not as bright as I'd like, but they light up the room softly. I bought this lamp set specifically because it came with two remote controls. One when the remote controls don't work well. Only 3 buttons work, the rest don't work at all. I would like a replacement, but I don't know who to contact. I would return the whole purchase but I'm already using 2 bulbs with glue and all. All I really want is to replace that remote with a working one and I would hate to order a remote that turns out to be incompatible. REVIEW UPDATE ============== Seller responds very quickly. Was able to refund me part of the total cost due to my issues. Very happy with this customer service and I think I was one of the few who had a part order issue. Would order from them again just for their prompt customer service and ability to fix things. It's hard to find good customer service, but this seller was attentive. I just wish the product was better.
