Unbelievable price for comfortable leather slippers with new technology. The shoe is very light and has an EVA midsole that absorbs an incredible amount of impact. My husband called them "clear winners". It is very nice to wear it with a blazer and look stylish in classic black trousers. Browns will have a much more casual look. Update: A year later we're back to find out more. This replacement is a new stealth suede and not the shiny smooth polished leather we last received. However, my husband loves them. The wearing comfort is outstanding. The value is incredible. He said he would never buy Mephisto's again. Rockport Rockport!
