Tests with the CDM show that this is a fast flash drive. See photos β’ In terms of speed, as usual, it works best with large files. The 4K random write speed was pretty terrible, something I've never seen before. Maybe my pc? I tested on two USB 3.0 PCs. But technology overshadows my computers. Eh β’ The ability to use USB-A or -C is interesting - first seen on a flash drive. I'm not sure about the -C caveats, which is required ("OTG function"). I haven't tested it with -C port. β’ As always, I don't like the lack of protection for the USB port: dirt and the like get in. β’ The rest of the construction looks solid. β’ The USB-C port protrudes only slightly. Not desirable. β’ I like the LED that shows it's being accessed. But not in this case. In short, a $19 128GB drive is a bit pricey even for a 3.0 drive. 3.1 drives are cheaper. But it's a good product if you need USB-C. 4 stars?
