Very thin. Tears easily

I bought these tablecloths to use for a lady's dinner and although the color was as expected these tablecloths were so thin two of them broke when we tried to use them to unfold. Little holes seemed to form during the meal just because someone put a plastic fork or something in it. Sure, they were cheap and meant to be used only once, but I was hoping they would last at least that one use.
