These are the best phone holders in my opinion. I change mine every three years with daily use in a van. By this point, the suction cups have worn out and won't stick to the windshield as well. This extends what remains even the widest phone or GPS. Even on rough roads, the hand hardly moves or settles, and my phones have never fallen out. The suction power is very strong and detaching from the windshield is simple and easy. The adjustable feet on the bottom are the best feature as they are fixed on other mounts and can get in the way of the ports on the bottom of the phone.
