Review on AIPINQI by Drake Burroughs

I'm sorry to say it as an experienced Product Manager, but the AIPINQI online store has several serious flaws. They have a good variety of games and toys, however their website has some serious flaws. The primary issue is the poor quality of their search tool. I had to sift through pages of irrelevant results when searching for certain products. In addition, I had more questions than answers after reading their product descriptions. In addition, they take too long to dispatch orders and have less shipping alternatives than I'd like from an internet retailer. This is a major downside when time is of the essence while making a transaction. Last but not least, I must say that while their customer service is prompt, I found their support crew to be less than stellar. The agent couldn't answer my question because she didn't know enough about the product. Although AIPINQI may be a good option for some buyers, they have a number of significant flaws. I would look at several other online toy stores first before committing to AIPINQI.
