Review on Vickerman 2' Crystal White Spruce Artificial Christmas Tree with Dura-lit Lights - Seasonal Indoor Home Decor by Alexandria Richmond

This is the worst quality blade I've ever had! Please be careful when you buy this tree. There are many reasons why I feel this way. When I first took this tree out of the box it came in, white branches fell off it. Then as I started tweaking it and pushing knots, more knots started to appear. I don't think the branches were ever attached at all. The box it came in was of terrible quality and completely dented at the top. The box looked like it had been hit by a truck, but that could be solely related to the shipping and delivery and not the company selling it. Second, as I continued to loosen up the branches, I noticed something was wrong. The tree was very full at the top but so little at the bottom and middle, probably because of all the branches it had lost. Third, the branches at the base of the tree are long, which is nice, but the wires in the branches are EXTREMELY THIN! I've seen wire and tube packing cleaners stronger than these branches. The branches won't wear my jewelry, and my jewelry isn't heavy at all! When I hung an almost weightless tiny decoration on it, the branch fell to the ground and fell off my desk. (See photo) The branches almost look like "feathers". In fact, some of the feathers would probably be stronger than these branches. Third, the lights on the tree are pure white. It's not really a big deal, but are there colored lights in the picture? Fourth, the transparent bag with additional lights along with a small instruction manual was intended for the tree top (star) and did not come with the product. So now I have the assembly instructions for my LED star tree topper that I have never bought, seen or owned! I was very excited to get the 3ft white tree as they are hard to come by. I wanted white because I thought it would make the jewelry "brighter" and look better. Sometimes they are harder to see on a green tree. I've tried to get this tree to work, but it's so clumsy with huge gaps of empty space that it just looks awful. This tree is DEFINITELY NOT like the one in the picture. The picture below has 4 coasters but the one I have only has 3. Those 3 plastic pieces are even different than the ones in the photo. In the photo they appear to be wire, but in reality they are solid plastic. The tree is not complete, as in the picture, not even close! Considering all of these things, I feel cheated. I chose this blade over others that were cheaper at Revain because I thought the quality would be better. You would think that for almost $70 you would get a good quality tree. Unfortunately I will be returning this tree but as the box it came in was so damaged I now need to find the box to send it back. If I could give zero stars, I would.
