I like how they are very personable with their clients as well! It's hard to find agencies who truly care about you & your business needs - they really do go above-and beyond for us in every way possible!! They listen closely when we have questions or concerns so it saves time AND money (we pay them more than our competitors). Their ability/knowledge of social media platforms was not always up there w other vendors but since then things seemed much better overall? We've been working together now almost 2 years at this point -- great team all around. 1) Listen early--ask lots of thoughtful detailed questions. Be sure what YOU want from an engagement before engaging anyone else because once engaged someone will be busy enough without being asked many times by multiple people over several months /years. This has saved me countless hours otherwise spent trying new services only to realize later my expectations were too high vs reality OR finding out some service isn't actually.
