Parfait my opinion
My son is a true water puddle lover. We bought these new pants thinking he would finally stay dry no matter what. But I think it's waterproof enough when it's raining but not for any kind of diving. really disappointed. I think to request a refund. We only have it for 2 weeks and it's very rainy in Vancouver so for a local product it needs improvement.
