Review on Shure BLX24R/SM58 Wireless Mic System: Industry Standard for Vocal Performances by Chuck Chen

We finally had enough cheap mics in a church setup I oversee and I went for something like quality, to expand the setup and replace the cheap setup that was used. Installing 4 of these in the setup and the pairing function between the microphone and the receiver was a BREEZE. Super duper simple and absolutely high quality. The microphones have an amazing range, they can be used in back rooms up to 200 feet from the receiver and through walls. We paired them with a Shure UA844+ antenna splitter to move the antennas to the "middle" of the building and this greatly improved the quality of the distant sound. Microphones turn on quickly, connect instantly, and stay in touch while you're in full motion. Having 4 of them in a room didn't cause any difficulties or problems - Shure did a great job of making it easy and stable. Highly recommended.
