I've used this foam in the Air Force for over twenty years. This foam is exactly the same as the material we used back then. I would have given five stars if not for the use of paper on the back of the foam. The instructions require you to draw the outlines of the tools on paper. All the markers I used were easily erased. Another downside was that I couldn't find a way to keep the tools still while drawing paths. They slip and make precise outlines impossible. If you use a Sharpie marker and draw on the front of the foam, you can use rubbing alcohol to wipe away the excess ink after you've made the cuts. Another disadvantage of trying to cut the paper first is that the entire blade gets stuck with glue. If you cut the foam from the front, only the tip of the blade will stick together.
