After a full 5 minutes in my one year old’s hair, the rubber bands started to disintegrate/snap apart. I even put another round of rubber bands after this to see if it was just a fluke, but when my husband picked her up from daycare that afternoon, her hair was in one big puff with no rubber bands in sight. Other reviews say the rubber bands work fine, but perhaps the difference for me is my/her natural hair require oils when being styled. So, if you require the same when styling, save yourself the trouble and don’t buy these rubber bands.I liked the parting comb, though.
