So soft until washed
I received these towels and was blown away by their luxurious softness. I couldn't wait to wash them. But first, I did what the instructions told me and ran them through the washing machine. I washed them on a cool gentle cycle and then dried them. I was so disappointed with the towels that came out. They were no longer super fluffy and soft. Now they were like a regular towel, a bit stiff and not soft. At first I just bought them for the cute look and they still looked good on my towel rail but I was so disappointed that my face never experienced the softness I felt when I opened the box.
