Ease of use, ability to quickly find and assess candidates, and the ability to easily add candidates to the system. The system is not user friendly, and it is difficult to navigate. It is also difficult to track candidates and keep track of all candidates that you are working with. It is also very difficult to find candidates. It is very time consuming to search for candidates. I am using HRGP to find candidates for my company. I am also using the system to keep track of all of my current candidates. I like that they are constantly improving their product over time! They listen very well to what you need as far as features go. Also we love how easy it seems to be to use (we actually don't do much other than post jobs). We've been using them since mid 2017 so not too sure about all changes in 2018 but our biggest complaint has always been ease of job posting/recruitment process which this helps out quite significantly.
