I bought this product because my 3 computers were slow and crashing despite antivirus software. I'm a former computer scientist and have strengthened the goals as much as possible. I never click on spam emails, visit questionable sites, etc. Fix Me Stick shows that some viruses are hiding in the operating system and cannot be detected while it is running. Unfortunately it is true. Fix Me Stick sets up your computer to reboot into a Linux system on a flash drive that finds and cleans your viruses. All three computers were infected. I'd love to give five stars, but booting into Linux can be a bit tricky for some PCs. You may need to find and press the boot sequence key during startup. This varies by provider, but the Fix me instructions include this information for major brands. My son has a custom built computer that freezes when loading the Fix Me Stick. Luckily Fix Me Stick offered two safe boot options and the first one I tried worked. I didn't even have to call tech support. Therefore, the product may require some patience and technical support is available if needed. My computers work like new again. I will use Fix Me Stick regularly.
