One of the latches was damaged in the packaging, I put another latch in my laptop which seemed to work but it wouldn't even boot. [Aspire E 5-575-33BM] When I took it out, it almost burned both index and thumb fingers. Which is odd considering my desktop has a 16GB (2 x 8GB) G.Skill Ripjaw of Ram, which hasn't given me a problem. I think something heavy was put on it during delivery. I would probably give it 5 stars if they shipped in stronger packaging than that easy to open, fragile, unprotected plastic toy box.
