The team is very passionate about their work! They always listen to our needs/ideas but also know how to push us in directions we didn't think of ourselves.

I like it when they come up new ideas for my projects. It's hard sometimes because there can be too much brainstorming which leads me not knowing what exactly direction i'm supposed to go into later during implementation time. Give them some space before you decide if this partnership will fly or should just end now :) This being said - great people who love working together and solving problems as fast (or even faster) than anyone else would do ;).
