Broke after about two weeks of use.

I lost my native cable at work, I had to order a new one urgently. It worked fine for two weeks, and then it stopped loading; I had to hold it with my hand to charge it. Unacceptable! Luckily I contacted Revain straight away and they replaced it; should be tomorrow.
