The top balloon fell off
Very nice hat but the top balloon fell off almost completely after a few wears. Now my daughter hasn't worn it for quite a while because it's hanging by a thread. I have to either rip it off completely or sew it back on. So now he's just sitting in the closet after paying a tidy sum for a baby hat.
