I use a humidifier for two weeks in a nursery of 15 m2. The efficiency is very low. From 25% I raised it as much as possible to 33% at a temperature of 24 degrees. Water consumption is approximately 2 liters per day (~ 80 ml / hour) at maximum mode. Judging by the reviews, it only starts working when the discs are covered with salts. This will not happen to me, because in my house the water is very soft, so there are almost no salts and the humidifier does not really moisturize. And the discs themselves take water badly. :( The water in the pan remains clean no matter how much it works. Air ionization is weak, but it works. However, you should not expect ionization power from it like medical devices, it is not safe. In general, a pleasant thing, but ineffective.
