First of all I would like to say that I think this is a great product and intend to buy more if the need arises. Imo the reusability isn't as useful as the fact that you can loosen, adjust, and re-tighten. as opposed to cutting off the old ones and putting on the new ones (if they're regular ties). Weight grading is also inconsistent, I think it's based on gradual work up to 100lbs rather than sudden weight gain. I pulled one out immediately as I hung a 20lb backpack on it and just let go without thinking, it was only a few inches. sag, but it was enough to generate enough force to detach the head from the tie.
