Review on Experience The Ultimate Riding Adventure: EVERCROSS Self-Balancing Hoverboard With Seat Attachment, Bluetooth Speaker & LED Lights For Kids by David Stover

Buyer Beware! Avoid this hoverboard at all costs.

Where do I start? First of all the right side of the hoverboard always dies first and quickly. Lasts maybe all of a half hours while my don rides it in the house. He’s 92lbs and doesn’t go fast. The left is always a green light. It never ever goes to yellow to warn you. Secondly, this hoverboard does not allow me to calibrate it. No matter after how many attempts. Third, the nut holding the charging port pin place came undone. Had my 8 year old son noticed it first he would’ve ripped the port right out. I had to open it and tighten the nut myself. The seller I bought it from, EverCross, themselves doesn’t even sell their own product anymore. I called Walmart to advise my concerns as a Prime customer of over 10 years since this purchase was fulfilled by Walmart. They offered to allow me to return it for a refund but, I wasn’t given the option to get a replacement. I was informed because EverCross didn’t offer it and of course the price from the only other seller is way more expensive. This was not acceptable because what was I going to tell my son "sorry daddy had to return it and can’t get a replacement”? I was lucky and got a very empathetic Walmart employee because he understood exactly what situation I was in. He offered me a full refund and told me to pick a different brand and told me I didn’t need to worry about returning the defective one so I wasn’t out time and money getting a new one. He was awesome I gave him a perfect survey.Stay wheat from EverCross as their products appear to be junk. Try to find a better brand and do your research.
