Should have bought one of these years ago! I hate making hamburgers and having them in all sizes and thicknesses. This device allows you to cook cutlets of the same size and thickness, and freeze the excess. The main thing that stopped me from buying before was the worry of cleaning it and not getting the raw meat out of the cracks. No problem here. very easy to clean. It turned out to be lighter than I expected, but this doesn't affect performance. I recommend this hamburger press!
