This is a surprisingly well made product for the price. Has a large surface for writing. It's lightweight and feels solid like a writing tablet. When we unpacked it, we couldn't erase what we had written. There were no instructions so I took a look at the box which had a tiny locking switch on the side next to the battery area. In fact, he was in a locked position. Once unlocked, the delete function worked like clockwork.
