Review on Candidate Labs by Bernard Her

I like how they are able to find people for jobs that we are not even advertising yet. They also have a great system for finding candidates who fit our needs, but aren't on our list of resumes. The only thing I dislike about them is their pricing structure. We pay $200/month to be part of their network, which isn't bad, but it's still expensive compared to other services. If you're looking for a way to get quality candidates without having to advertise your job openings, this is a good option. We've been using them for a few months now and haven't had any issues with them.
