For the most part, these are good and get the job done. My hands don't get torn up on Pull ups, rings, and other movements which would rip me.if (as other reviews stated) they put round or oval (finger shaped) holes, it would make them much more comfortable. Also, the plastic loop that secures the velcro will dig in during certain movements. A design like wrist wraps would help with comfort as it could alleviate the digging in that happens sometimes.
