It won't last long

UPDATED REVIEW (04/25/2021): No wonder 3 months after purchase one of the adapters started to fail. The headphone jack on the adapter is often so short-circuited that it can no longer be used. Luckily the seller was willing to fix the problem and gave me a full refund. I will look for an alternative that is actually MFi certified once the other adapter inevitably fails. help me get down I've been using it for several weeks now. For the most part it worked as advertised, but I have some concerns about further development. Despite claiming that this product is MFi certified, the packaging I received had not the typical MFi badge. This is a bit concerning considering this MFi certification was a major factor in my purchasing decision. As a longtime iPhone user, I have taken risks with uncertified accessories in the past and have generally been frustrated by either an early hardware failure or a subsequent OS update that broke compatibility with my device. Fingers crossed it doesn't happen here. Also, I sometimes get an error dialog shortly after plugging it in stating that the accessory is not compatible with my device. The EarPods connection will usually drop when this happens, but this can be bypassed by reconnecting the adapter. I can handle it, but I hope that it doesn't get any worse.
