I like how we can see all our contacts in one place at any time. It's easy to use it for both business purposes as well as personal ones. There are no downsides so far! Nothing really - except maybe that sometimes notifications don't show up immediately when they come in but this isn't very common though. If someone has been looking for an app with good customer support or something along those lines then I'd recommend them checking out gova. Our team uses it daily to organize meetings and send invites etc. Also it helps us keep track of conversations from meetings we've had with potential clients.
